These posts always amaze me. Like @nerdymommyplus2, I’m in KY and I don’t even know if they have 1 bedroom that aren’t for those on HUD or some kind of housing assistance. but 2 bedrooms go from $450-700, usually with only garbage included.

We own our home and for a 4 bed 2bath we pay around $680 and that’s including homeowners insurance.

We pay 575 for a two bedroom. We had a massive walk in closet (used to be a bathroom before they remodeled) that we turned into my youngest room. It's a mobile home though not an apartment.

We rent $500 per room at our income property which includes utilities. Which is one bedroom/and one shared bathroom with utilities included. The bottom two bedroom one bath we rent for $1200 w utilities included as well. We're in CT.

Can you look into other parts of Florida. North Florida is cheaper than central and south. 1/1 apartments were around $450-600/ month when I was living in Jacksonville FL five years ago

I own a home now but the apt we use to live in is at $1,700. 1 bedrm/1 bath around 750sqft. 😅

Here in ghetto areas it can be like 600-700 a month, but the area I live in it's most likely 900-1000 or more a month...two beds go for 1000-1500 a month 🙄 it's ridiculous sometimes utilities are included sometimes not. I'm paying 1100 + utilities for a small 3 bed house which is a rare find here, cuz houses usually are 2000+ a month ...

Normal in my area a two bedroom usually runs from 1100-1500 and to rent a house house 2500-3750

My 1bd/1.5bath I had a couple years ago was 1,395. Jersey resident! 😳 now, we have a house... and it’s 5 bd for almost 2k

We have a duplex. Upstairs and downstairs. 3 bed 2 bath plus a den. $1200 a month. We rent out the downstairs ( 1 bed 1 bath plus the den) for $650 a month. Everything included.

I also used to live in a studio on my own in the city for 2,000...🙃

For my area that’s way too much! We have a house we rent out that’s 2 bedroom and we charge $400.

Here in upstate ny most wont pay more than 650/m. But if it has water, electric, garbage included people will pay up to 850. I live in a 3 bedroom 2 bath doublewide trailer with a bunch of land. Nothing included and we pay 850/m+ utilities

Rent houses here 3bd/1ba 900ish sq ft is $850-900 which are older houses. NICE apt is $820-1020 820sq ft 1bd/1ba

In KY you can get like a 3 bedroom house for that much 🤷

Here in WA state a 2 bedroom 1 bath apartment goes for about $700-$900 a month. If you were to rent a 2 bed 1 bath house it would be a good $1,200-$1,300 a month

😱 way too much for me. In my area most 1 bedroom apartments go for 400-500 and that's with most of everything included.

Even tho I still can't find any in my area that's available right now🙄
