Question: Does anyone leave their doors (car or house) unlocked? There’s been a bunch of car thefts because of doors being unlocked or keys being in the car. It’s outrageous to me since I double check everything I lock. 🫣
No but I always leave nothing in my car so if someone does go looking in my windows all they will see eis a booster seat and a blanket
Only time I ever left my car unlocked was in my garage.. my screen doors are always locked when I’m home.. I can’t tell you how many times I’d get off late at night and walk in the house and the doors were unlocked! Pisses me off to high hell. I have the citizen app and it’s crazy sometimes what I see on there that goes on in my neighborhood
Cars yes not on purpose. Doors yes if I take the kids to school I don’t look the door and when I go pick them up I also don’t lock it for my oldest. Our area is so quiet the last 6 years we lived here no one does anything. My gate to my backyard doesn’t even have a lock if someone wanted to get it the front door would matter. But when I live in the city in NY hell no I wouldn’t even leave something that looks worth stealing in my car lol.
I frequently leave my car unlocked overnight. I live in Idaho so I’m not worried. But when I was living in Commifornia, no way! My husband’s work trucks were vandalized several times.
My only neighbor is my in laws. They leave their vehicles unlocked. We leave our vehicles unlocked. No keys or anything important is in them. If I'm home or outside somewhere on the property the house is unlocked. I started locking the door through the day now because there was an attempted child abduction not too far from where I live and they are armed and they still haven't caught the man and woman.
Hell no. Some of my neighbors don’t even believe in security systems. And I’m checking everything little things to make sure it’s locked and on. I trust no one lol
Keys in the car!?! Sheesh. We have our routine when home from school, the kids wait in the car until I close the 2nd fence and lock it. Unlock the house and they all go straight in and I open the side gate for my dog to patrol all night then come in and lock the car and door. WE ARE PARANOID AND TRUST NO ONE lol. I couldn't live without fences either we installed those a week into moving in
I do but I have certain perimeters when I do. I leave my garage door and back sliders unlocked during the day and same with my car in the driveway. After dark everything gets locked up. Also when I'm home alone with the baby during the day which is rare since hubby works from home.
My in-laws live in the next neighborhood over and they don't lock anything.
Hell to the frackin NO! I also hate it when people say well it is a safe area. Just please, lock your stuff.
Hell no. Doors to the house lock as soon as we walk in. Car stays locked
Depends. Just me home nope everything is locked. My husband on the other hand always has the damn garage open on weekends cause he’s always in and out.
My house is always locked unless we are Outback then the back door is open but I’ll be honest I’m careless with my car so many days I leave it unlocked but my siblings dad who’s like a second dad leaves the house unlocked always and all the cars have the key in the ignition lol 😂

With all this food being posted I thought this might be fun.
Organ donor
I was at the DMV today and I noticed that nobody... literally nobody said yes to being an organ donor when asked. It is really that uncommon? If you're not, what are your reasons for not being one? I am aware this is pretty taboo to talk about.
Locking your doors
We are having a discussion on one of my birth boards from my older kids about locking doors and security alarms. There are many of us (me included) who do not lock our doors at home (I actually don't even have a deadbolt on my house and we don't lock it when we leave either), and others who think that's totally weird. So what do you do? Do you lock your doors? Do you think it's weird that people don't?
Cold weather and jackets
So what do u guys do about cold weather jackets and car seats. I don't have my kids wear winter jackets in the car we have a long walkway from car to door so do u put heavy jackets on the take them off on the car or just book it to the car?!? Car being heated up of course? Just wanted to hear what everyone else does. I'm in philly and it's like 30 degrees here
Hell no! I usually have the alarm in the house on too if I’m home alone.
