@icebergahead, It does look really good! I’ve made a lentil “meat loaf” before that’s really similar, just not with as many veggies in it. It turned out pretty good. I just hate making it because my husband will only eat one small piece and be done, then I’m stuck eating it for lunch and dinner for like a whole week. 😂
It is NOT chili without beans. This is not some sloppy joe lol.

@momx4, I had my first taste of chili at my work potluck back in 2017 🥴. I love making it with turkey if not vegetarian style.

Beans. Never forget when my sil ate my chili and was so mad at me cause I didn’t tell her there were beans in it. 🤣Told her that sounds like a her problem with her taste buds lol.
