Make a mixture of water and vinegar, add a few drops of tea tree oil and a drop or two of dish soap. This is what I use for homemade spray cleaner. That will kill that smell. Boys and men are gross. I swear there is this one spot near the bottom of the toilet that collects urine constantly. I dont understand how the smell dosent bother my kids or my husband. I walk into that bathroom and the smell hits me like a brick wall. Glad I have my own clean bathroom

Shaving cream to initially get the smell out, then add eucalyptus oil to your mop bucket, with really hot water.

Teach him how to clean it himself and have him do it once a week or whatever you feel

Is appropriate. He’s old enough to clean a toilet. I started having my daughter clean the bathroom when she was 7. I just stay in the room and supervise to make sure she gets it all.

I also use scent boosters for laundry in my mop water. Makes my house smell so good. Might cover up the pee. Also I’ve heard shaving cream works just messy.

I agree with the vinegar. My husband does this vinegar mixture. The vinegar smell isn’t that strong but it’s better than pee. Lol
