I just use ground beef in the sauce

I use ricotta i put egg in it which makes it creamy, add Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder in the ricotta, also add some mozzarella cheese. Then after the shells are stuff I had a little sauce on top of them and mozzarella cheese.
