Hello girls I had a question
I gave birth last month
I wanted to know I had a c section with my baby
Am I going to be able to try for a normal delivery with my second child?
@breenda21, I waited 2.5 years to get pregnant again because I wanted to finish nursing my first, plus I had just started a new job. So they’re 3.5 years apart. I think the recommendation is a minimum of 18 months between pregnancies but ask your OB.
It depends on your hospital also.
My hospital will not do a VBAC.
I definitely depends. Some women are able to have a VBAC but it all depends on length of time post section and healing, etc.
I was told since I had a c section with my first I’m always going to have to have one there is a lot of risk trying for VBAC
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

This is NOT happening !!!!!!! I swear I had given up! But I'm 5 days late and I just got my BFP ???
Starting TWW. Anyone else?
I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

I was 23 when I had my first child.
It depends on why you had a c-section for the first one, depends on the doctor and the hospital. Some hospitals don’t allow vbacs. I wanted a vbac with my second so I switched doctors in my first trimester and he was very supportive. Unfortunately it didn’t happen for me because I wasn’t dilating and decided to go ahead with another c-section. When he saw the position of my baby he said “oh there was no way this baby was coming out the regular way.” So I’m glad I didn’t torture myself with long painful labor for nothing.
