Do i have any mommies who are busy very picky but trying to lose weight? i need help ive been looking into smoothies but the question is which one. Im so picky 😩

@teetw0608, smoothies are great pre workout fuels. Also post. You might have to take a gander at what you’re eating habits are, what to eliminate (like high preservatives) and start adding good proteins, fats and carbs into your diet. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant.

A new healthier lifestyle starts with your diet, and exercise is just a part of it. Goes hand-in hand.

Think of it like: 70% what you eat/daily

30% working out/active

Being picky will have its opticals. My preference in smoothies are more veggies in it and less juice. I like carrots to sweeten it and agave.
