Have you ever tried kombucha? Even while pregnant I find it helpful for heartburn or any tummy upset 😊

So far just tums or a glass of milk, but I havent had it too bad yet. And laying on my left side helps too.

Any kind! They are all the same just in different forms. I like the smoothie ones bc they are chewy like candy and not super chalky. But they all have the same calcium in them and do the same thing.
