Wondering if anyone can help. My 7 month old wakes up nearly every 1-2 hours at night for a feed. She is breastfeed. It's actually effecting me mentally now. Wondering if anyone has any suggestions? Xx

@gemini95 it's just taking away milk overnight. Although, I don't think it's recommended for babies under 1. But if you wanted to try formula at night then it doesn't mean you have to stop breastfeeding all together if it's something you want to continue with :) I would highly recommend finding a local breastfeeding support group, I think a lot of them are being done via zoom now, but it's definitely worth looking into. There will be someone there who can answer any questions you have and put your mind at ease about whatever you decide is best for you and baby :)
Maya was the same until 2.5years old 💜so i feel you completely. That's why i stopped in the end because my mental health was getting battered xx

Do you think if I stop breastfeeding and giving her formula ...she will sleep more. ?
@gemini95 Honestly there's no saying. But you can always give her formula at night and that way it will take some pressure off you. End of the day do what's best for you xx

I honestly wonder how anyone with a uterus (or basic human decency) can support the Trump/Pence administration.
My little one woke every hour until he was 18 months, it is so difficult! I ended up night weaning, but he was a quite bit older than your little one. Maybe try her in her own room if thats an option? I know as soon as my second went in her own room she stopped waking so frequently for feeds.
