My little boy has tested positive for covid. We are on day 3. He has mild cough and sneezing! The two lines on the lateral flow are sooo dark. I'm hoping he will be out of isolation by day 6 or day 7. If anyone has had covid, how long did it take for the test to appear negative??

Day 8 was when I got my first negative then my second on day 9 (which was Christmas Eve thankfully). Hoping he’s better soon

My partner and 7yo has it. Very strong positives came up straight away. On day 4 now and still positive. Hoping for negatives day 6&7 too x

Mine wasn't negative till about day 9ish. I also still had a high temp till day 8.
