I really hate how my anxiety and stress comes out as anger. I am just in constant pain, im tired beyond the definition of the word, i am overstimulated by touch and sound, i feel i cant breathe. I feel like i snap too easily and yell at my kids too much. I'm really trying to be better and im super self aware and so it makes my anxitey worse. I feel like such a bad mom.

The fact that you care enough to try makes you an amazing mom!!! You can do this. Anxiety, stress and pain are hell to live with on their own. Take a breath and restart. See if hubby can take the babies for a night so you can have some time to just be you

I know exactly what you are describing. You need to step out for a few hours and recharge, you're burned out. Or nap. Its so hard. Feel better soon

I was like this as well and it felt awful. My anxiety was presenting as anger and I was always sighing, rolling my eyes, yelling and just irritable. I hated being touched too much, too much noise and things out of place drove me insane. I finally went on medication about two months ago and it has been the best decision. I still have some harder days but overall it has made a huge difference in my life.
Ps. The fact that you are aware of it and worry about your kids means you're doing great and you're a wonderful mother. I truly hope you can find some relief soon. ❤

That's exactly it! I cant even get anyone to babysit long enough to get my hair cut let alone be able to go see a dr tho. My husband is far too busy and I get anxious just asking him to keep 1 kid while I do anything because I feel I'm wasting his time and that he has more important things to do than my job. It also doesn't help that I cant get any housework done without my baby screaming at me for putting her down. I know it's okay to let her cry because all her needs are met but its mentally and physically draining to either always have a baby on your hip or listen to her scream. So only some housework gets done and I feel like I'm always cleaning just to have severely neglected parts. Laundry has been my hard one. It sits clean in a laundry basket a couple days til it gets out of control. Then it's hard to catch back up. The feeling of constant failure in every area of my life is getting heavy.

@countrypeaches42013 I so badly relate to all of this. Is there any way you could have your doctor accommodate a phone appointment? I'm not sure if it's feasible but what about a house cleaner? I had one who came every two weeks while I was working and it was such a blessing. So nice coming home on Friday knowing the house was deep cleaned and all I had to do was laundry and focus on the kids. When I go back in March she will be coming back as well.
Even though you are feeling behind you are not a failure. You are a tired and touched out mom who is tired of doing all of the things and being all of the things for everyone. The mental load of motherhood is the hardest, I swear. If you want to talk at all, please feel free to reach out. ❤
