Does anyone have some good eggplant 🍆 recipes? I picked a few eggplants from my garden yesterday and made eggplant parmesan and it was SO good. The kids tore it upppp 😋 Now what else can I do with them lol 🤔

I always thought eggplant was nasty till I tried the one my sister makes and I love it! She cooks it with onions peppers and adds a little bit of cheese.
Let me see if I find a similar picture on the internet of how she does it

I’m very basic and usually just cut it up and roast it with other veggies sorry I’m no help lol but this looks amazingggggggg.
You know what I've never tried an eggplant before but if I was going to I'd probably make some eggplant chips. I bet that'll be pretty tasty.

My mom used to make us stuffed eggplants though and it was so good. She would stuff them with a mixture of ground beef, diced potatoes and rice.

But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
