Guys what time do you put your toddlers to sleep ? And what time do they wake up? My little one is 3 yrs old and still trying to work out a routine 🙈🙈🙈

When my son was 3 it was 8:30pm and he was awake by 8am 😊 now he is 4 and he is going at 9:30 or 10pm and wakes up at 9am or 9:30. Sometimes he stay up longer like till 11pm and the he can sleep till 11a. 😂 x
My boys are like that whatever time they get there head down is the time they will raise😂 school nights its 8pm but I've been letting them stay up till 10 and we've been getting up at 10 xx
@tammyxx 😁 yes it's funny how they sleep and wake up exactly at the time the fall asleep at. If it's 9pm the 9am, if its 10pm then 10am 😂 x
Normally both of mine are in bed by 7/7:30pm and sleep until 7/8am depending on how busy we were the day before and how tired they were going to bed.
Although, with the summer holidays my little boy has been staying up later and playing in our garden with a few children who live near us, so bedtime has been pushed back to 8/8:30 ish for him and he is waking a little later and occasionally having a little after lunch nap with his sister. I am going to bring his bedtime forward again in time for school :)
Bedtime starts at 6, usually in bed by 6.30/6.40 and 95% of the time they are asleep by 7pm. If not just after. They wake up at 6.30 but that's also when our alarms go off for work so we would end up waking them up if they slept later. Xx
Bedtime about 7:30pm sometime 8pm. Up about 7am. Some mornings he’s up at 6:30, some days it can be almost 8am. He’s only just recently started sleeping through, he’s currently in our room as we’re decorating his room, and he sleeps better in our room.
6:30-7pm bedtime and he gets up at 6am. No nap in the day either 😊 xx
In my ideal world sleep at 7:30 and up at 7:30 however my four year olds sleep is majorly disrupted atm, he will fall asleep around 8:30pm then will be wide awake at 12pm for a good few hours and I will make him toast because he is complaining he is hungry, not sure if it’s a growth spurt but all I know it’s killing me 😂x
I put all of mine in bed at 7pm..sometimes let them have their telly on for an hour and then they’re usually asleep by 8:30 latest. They wake at different times, but usually from 7:30am onwards x
