Need advice! (Bestfriend prego?)

I posted a post about my bestie being prego and I get to have another god baby♥️

well she’s been bleeding. She went to the drs and they told her that her HCG levels were at 10 but since she was bleeding that she was needing to come back in a couple days to test again. (Mind you she went to a different clinic than her usual one and they told her she was 1 week prego.)

An ob from her usual clinic called her to get an appointment scheduled for the next day. She went in and her HCG was at 7.58. I know common sense would say she’s miscarrying but is there any chance that maybe cause their different clinics they could be giving off different results? She has an appointment Monday to get tested again. (She’s stopped bleeding as well)

she’s just worried, been trying for a min and really upset. I know she just should wait till Monday I just thought I would throw it out there and see what others say.

I doubt the different clinics would get different results. Blood work is blood work and I’ve never heard of a successful pregnancy when the HCG drops that early. I’m sorry 😢

Unfortunately, it’s likely that she is miscarrying. Her levels are dropping and anything under 5 is considered not pregnant. Her levels should be rising (doubling every couple of days). 😔

I’m sorry but it may have been a chemical pregnancy. Doctors may sometimes be wrong or differ on dating scans but I don’t think that HCG which is done through blood work would be wrong. I’m sorry.

I’ve posted about my defiant toddler many times before but I’m really at a loss now. She deliberately disobeys. Like, she knows what “no” means and if she’s doing something she knows she’s not supposed to I can ask “do you want to go in timeout?” And she’ll answer “no” and SOMETIMES stop.. I can’t take her anywhere cause she refuses to listen. She runs wild, screams, throws tantrums etc. At home she’s just as bad and absolutely nothing I do or say helps. Timeout doesn’t work, hand poppings don’t work, a pop on the butt doesn’t work, I’ve tried getting down to her level and calmly explaining things or trying to make sure she knows that I understand her emotions and things like that but I’m not even kidding when I say nothing works with her. I’m constantly telling her no and even though she knows she’s going to get into trouble she will do it anyways and then cream this blood curdling scream when she does get in trouble. I’ve raided Pinterest for days, write everything down, tried everything I found... idk what else to do. Everyone keeps telling me it’s “terrible twos” or “she’s just strong willed” or that it’s normal for her age and all of that might be true but there’s gotta be some kind of something that will help me teach her to listen to me and such.

my mom died this morning. She lived with me. this morning she woke up and went to the bathroom. i was on zoom and i heard a bang. she died in the bathroom. i wasn’t able to open the door or help her. she’s had health issues but this was unexpected. my kids were at home, i had someone come get them. i had to stay in the house with her body until the funeral home came to get her. idk how to tell my kids. they loved her sooooo much. i don’t know how to be at home. i’m just so lost. she was all i had. my dad died when i was 12. idk i just wanted to vent.

I posted the day before yesterday about my friend.. & well....... her fiancé came over, AND she came alone 😐 we eat sit around and after awhile my husband takes him to the back & the next thing I know he’s coming in the house with a weird look on his face, asking her if there was something he should know, I instantly gets up just in case someone turns into a maniac....... well long story short he cried & told her how disloyal she is & how disappointed he was.. she’s crying asking me why would I do that.. I’m like 🤷🏽 ♀ it wasn’t right........ Our other friends are saying that he’s giving her a hard time and that he sleeping on the couch, not eating her food and won’t talk to her.. she’s not talking to me (of course) & I now feel like we could have handled it in a different manner ... idk seeing a grown man cry like he did was just heart breaking!
