My son just handed me this…. As an adult I made the decision not to get it and told him why I choose not to. Asked him if he knew anything about COVID or the vaccine and he said no all he knows it’s that it’s out there. At the end I asked him if he wants the vaccine I will sign the form if not we ignore it. He said no thank you 😊.

I’m pretty sure we are in a pandemic because of a virus and our government had no clue how to handle it. Just because I am not running out to get the vaccine does not mean I am out here being reckless and taking COVID like a joke 🤷🏻♀️. Sorry you got sick and caused damaged that is very unfortunate. There are people that never thought COVID was real and have been anti mask and feel it’s all a conspiracy they are the threat not the minority group that remain safe, follow the cdc guidelines but are not ready for the vaccine.

My daughter’s school district did a vaccination clinic a few weeks ago. We ignored it. And now in my state (CA) the governor is trying to bribe people with cash prizes to get the vaccine 😳 I had Covid already and it took me 6 months to recover but I still am not in favor of the vaccine.
@2sweetie, it’s been over a year. I have permanent damage. And still got the vaccine. You are shit people for refusing the vaccine.
@squishymommy1, wow sorry to hear that. I’m not sure if anything is permanent with me since it’s only been 6.5 months but I’m hoping I’ll be back to my normal self at some point. I’ve seen a lot of improvement but it’s slow going.

@momgroupreject, that all makes sense. My brother decided to get his vaccine on his own because we explained the complications that come from covid. I understand there’s a lot of people who are antivaxxers but at the end of the day the risks/complications of most disease outweighs the potential side effects of the disease. It’s ridiculous to me that her husband is being allowed to travel(assuming) if he’s not being vaccinated. I was under the impression they had to be vaccination because they can potentially cause an outbreak if they’re going into other countries, which may be countries that don’t have the medical capacity to contain the disease. Smh.
@momgroupreject, I said yay no mask at Walmart and that was one day 😂😂. I forgot my mask and they didn’t have any and said we could shop around without it. Am I tired of the mask yes, do I go to stores maskless no. That was one time but assume what you want 🤷🏻♀️.

My son is 13 and we have talked about COVID, I did have to explain to him why we have to isolate and can’t go to park, movies, restaurants and travel to NY to visit family. He was informed about the severity of the virus and the importance to remain safe. If he still does not understand COVID I don’t know what to say about it. I have been in complete isolation with three kids doing virtual learning for a year now, not seeing my family. We are now safely starting to go to parks and the beach. I wait two weeks before going to a new place. My husband does not have to deploy soon, no worries about his entitlement lol he will be out before they travel to another country and the military barely followed cdc guidelines before the vaccine, it’s not easy to social distance on a small ship. I am only a my body my choice when it comes to women’s reproductive rights. Don’t make out to be someone I’m not based on a few posts I made unless you have been monitoring me 24/7 lol I meant what I said that I will not get it yet, I already take antidepressants and I’m dealing with those side effects I would like to limit myself lol

My son is 7 and he knows race and color. Why? Because he himself comes from a family that is multi racial and because he has already experienced racism. I also believe as his mother it’s my job to teach him color and the cold hard truth about society. He knows what’s going on in this world. I’d be hurting him if I allowed him to blindly walk out...
