Ground beef, sauteed chopped onions and mushrooms, corn, Spanish rice. Seasonings. Spicy tomatoe sauce. Cooked everything mix together. I steamed the bell peppers in the microwave a few minutes before so they wouldn't take as long in the oven. Stuffed them. Top with cheese and bake 20-25 min on 350.

You can also tell you’re from California bc you added fucking avocados when they aren’t needed 😂

You just add the word California to any food item and know it comes w avocados.

I've never put sour cream and avocado on stuffed peppers! Looks yummy!
