So I paid over $100 for flowers for mom and I’m kinda disappointed they look nothing really like the picture. I didn’t expect exactly the same but at least the same color scheme lol She loves purple that’s why I chose this one. What do you ladies think?

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

I've worked in a couple floral shops and when they run out of a certain color they have to substitute with something else. Also when you call a place like 1-800 Flowers they use local florists from the area it's being delivered to to make them so you actually are using a real florist. And yes if you went to your local florist if it was close to the place that it's being delivered to or whatever and they tell you they're out of a color what would you like to substitute with and then you can pick it out. Also pictures on the sites or photoshopped, what you ordered is never going to look exactly like what's in the picture. But I somewhat agree with you that it is a pretty weak design whoever did that

Yea, I definitely didn’t expect it to look exactly like the picture but it looks like they jus stuffed a bunch of flowers in a vase it’s not even arranged nice and some of the flowers came wilted. It’s ok though she was still super grateful😊

Id be complaining nothing at all like you ordered! $100 is a lot of money to spend on something that is wrong. If it was $20 I'd be like well I'm never using that company again but $100 no I want my money back!

Heck no those flowers look like they are rotting . We have had so many issues with 1800 flowers . That doesn’t look like a 100 bouquet of flowers

100 flowers can kick rocks. They made me so mad. I bitched til I got refunded. They are a ridiculous company. You’re the second person I’ve seen today complain about them. My issue was a few weeks ago. I learned my lesson. Always call a local (to the recipient) florist. That one did not disappoint!

This was the local florist. Delivered in less than 4 hours from ordering. F@ck 1800 flowers.

That’s awful!! I use a site called bouqs.com and I’ve never had an issue. I’d definitely use a different site next time

You should complain. That’s not what you ordered and you spent a lot. My sister sent me some from 1 800 flowers once and they weren’t even close to what she had actually ordered. They refunded her money. I’m sure your mom still really likes them though.
