It sounds like there are a lot of gray areas in your court order. A passport is way different than signing paperwork. You guys should come with a clear cut plan for traveling within the US and outside of the US. In my previous court order we had to give 30 days notice and a concrete plan about where the child was going, with who, etc.

Carrying medical insurance is different than being responsible for the medical bills that occur.

I would definitely go back to court and get everything in detail. Maybe consult with your attorney first.

Block him on everything and get child support they will do paternity there’s nothing else to talk about save all the call and text logs in case he tries to say this or that
