Use a cream and not a lotion! Not all lotions are created the same. Might have to try a few brands. CeraVe, cetaphil and Eucerin are the go to for my house. Also the suntan after sun lotions have a good amount of aloe and vitamin e in them. Those might help too.
Always lotion within 5 minutes of being out of the bath.

I exfoliated in the shower, then used Coconut and Hibiscus lotion (Shea Moister brand). Not nearly as itchy this time around as I was with my other pregnancies.
