1. About this Agreement

1.1. This User Agreement (the “Agreement”) governs access to and use of the Mom.life website, its subdomains, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). Mom.life includes a private, women-only membership community rather than a general-purpose public discussion forum.

1.2. The Services are operated by Mom Soft Limited Liability Company (“Mom Soft LLC”, “Mom.life”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), OGRN 1217700330275, INN 7707455220, KPP 770101001. Legal address: 14 Spartakovskaya Square, Building 2, Premises 7N, Basmanny Municipal District, Moscow, Russian Federation.

1.3. By creating an account or otherwise using the Services, you agree to this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Acceptance of this Agreement is not treated as separate consent to personal-data processing where applicable law requires separate consent.

1.4. The Mom.life Community Guidelines, including their membership criteria, and Section 12, “Privacy Notice”, form an integral part of this Agreement.

1.5. The web version of the Services is not offered or directed to persons located in the European Economic Area (the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Norway) or the United Kingdom (together, the “Restricted Territories”). If you are located in a Restricted Territory, you must not register through, access, or use the Mom.life website. Mom.life may use location-based or other technical measures to block website access from Restricted Territories.

2. Eligibility and accounts

2.1. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into this Agreement.

2.2. Ordinary membership in the Mom.life community is restricted to adult women. This membership rule supports privacy, safety, and candid discussion of pregnancy, motherhood, women’s health, children, and family life. Men are not eligible for ordinary membership. A man may participate only through an account individually approved by Mom.life for a verified professional role, such as a doctor, lawyer, or other specialist serving the community.

2.3. Submitting a registration form is an application for membership and does not create an unconditional right of admission or continued participation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mom.life may refuse registration or restrict, suspend, terminate, and remove from the community an account that does not meet the membership criteria, was created using inaccurate eligibility information, or is used outside an approved professional role. Publicly accessible pages may be viewed without conferring community membership.

2.4. You must provide accurate account information, keep it current, and protect your login credentials. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly notify us of unauthorized access.

2.5. You may not sell, transfer, or make your account available to another person. We may request reasonable verification of age, membership eligibility, or professional status where necessary to apply these rules consistently, protect the community, or comply with applicable law.

3. License to use the Services

3.1. Subject to this Agreement, Mom.life grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services on devices you own or control.

3.2. The Services, including software, design, trademarks, and content provided by Mom.life or its licensors, are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where permitted by law or expressly authorized by us, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, scrape, or commercially exploit the Services.

3.3. We may update the Services automatically, change their functionality, or temporarily suspend access for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

4. User content

4.1. You retain ownership of texts, photographs, videos, comments, and other materials that you submit to the Services (“User Content”).

4.2. You grant Mom.life a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and otherwise use your User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, operate, improve, and protect the Services. Mom.life may sublicense these rights to service providers that help deliver the Services. Use of identifiable User Content in advertising outside the Services requires any separate permission or legal basis required by applicable law. This license ends when the User Content is deleted, except where continued storage or use is required by law, needed for backup and security, or already incorporated into materials that cannot reasonably be withdrawn.

4.3. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to publish your User Content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of another person.

4.4. User Content may be public and may be viewed, shared, or indexed by other users and third-party services. Do not publish information that you are not comfortable making available to others.

5. Community conduct and moderation

5.1. You must follow the Community Guidelines. They explain prohibited content, reporting, moderation, and available enforcement measures.

5.2. We may review, restrict visibility of, move, or remove User Content and may warn, suspend, or terminate accounts where we reasonably believe this Agreement, the Community Guidelines, applicable law, or the rights or safety of another person have been violated.

5.3. Moderation decisions may be made without prior notice where immediate action is needed to protect users, comply with law, preserve evidence, or maintain the security and integrity of the Services.

5.4. Advertising messages and promotional mailings are sent only where we have the separate prior consent required by applicable law. Advertising or sponsored materials may be displayed within the Services.

6. Third-party services

6.1. The Services may contain links to, integrations with, or materials from third parties. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, terms, or content.

6.2. Professional, medical, legal, financial, or other specialist information available through the Services is provided for general informational purposes and does not replace advice from a qualified professional.

7. Intellectual property complaints

7.1. If you believe content available through the Services infringes your copyright or trademark, contact contact@mom.life and identify the protected work, the material at issue, its location, your contact details, and the basis for your claim.

7.2. We may remove or restrict access to disputed material and may request additional information needed to assess the complaint.

8. Availability and disclaimers

8.1. The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, the absence of errors, or that the Services will meet every user’s expectations.

8.2. Mom.life does not provide medical care. Content concerning health, pregnancy, children, or treatment is informational and must not be used as a substitute for diagnosis or treatment by qualified healthcare professionals. In an emergency, contact local emergency services immediately.

8.3. You use the Services and rely on User Content at your own risk. Nothing in this Agreement excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the mandatory law applicable to you.

9. Limitation of liability

9.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Mom.life is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from use of or inability to use the Services, unauthorized access to an account, or content supplied by users or third parties.

10. Suspension and termination

10.1. You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time.

10.2. We may refuse, restrict, suspend, terminate, or remove an account from the community where reasonably necessary to enforce the membership criteria or another part of this Agreement, protect users or the Services, respond to legal requirements, or address security and operational risks.

10.3. Provisions concerning intellectual property, liability, privacy, dispute resolution, and any rights or obligations that by their nature should survive will remain effective after termination.

11. Governing terms, changes, and contact

11.1. This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without depriving you of protections that apply mandatorily under the law of your country of residence.

11.2. Before starting formal proceedings, the parties should attempt to resolve a dispute by contacting each other. Unresolved disputes are submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable law.

11.3. We may update this Agreement. Material changes will be communicated through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method before they take effect where required by law. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
