Each day i start with telling myself.... I'm doing keto fast today. And ill be doing great....eating my grilled teriyaki tofu salad with sprinkling water and have my vegan tacos etc. Then my window to eat be done and i dont be hungry....but for some odd reasons when i make my husband meal..my fat ass got to drink some of his ife tea 🤣.......i probably never going to make it to get into ketosis 🤦

Did ypu ever fry tofu? I bought it last month and still dk what to cook with it🙈

I try not to fry foods but I do marinate with light soy, garlic,onion, ginger, maple syrup, rice vinegar, sesame oil, housing sauce, cornstarch chopped onions. leave it over night.

I hear you! Today is our dog's 2nd birthday. Now you think who cares, it's a dog, right? Well, to my 8 year old, it's a whole celebration with a card, gifts, and cupcakes. So yes, I'm eating a couple of cupcakes today and will probably feel like crap later. I'll get back to it tomorrow. I'm incapable of making cupcakes and not eating one or two.
