We’ve been trying to get pregnant since June, and it finally happened! He seems distant now though. Like wtf? We’re married and have been trying so hard to make this happen and now that it happened he doesn’t care? Men are ridiculous sometimes. Some support would be nice.
Not only has he not responded, now I have to sit here worrying if something happened 😣😒
Trigger. Lost baby Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?
I have been trying so hard to be calm, and nice. This morning though, my fiancès son decided to spit at me and hit me. This is constant with the hitting, the spitting is new. We've both tried sitting and talking to him, time outs, cry it out, try to avoid spanking as much as possible but it has happened. No form of discipline works with him. He hits me, he hits his dad, he hits my son. I'm so afraid of what's going to happen come May when the baby is born. Is he going to try and hurt our baby? What's going to happen? We've both stuck with following the same discipline routines, and sticking with what he or I say. I don't know what to do. I'm so frustrated, I'm so broken. I just want to cry and hide.

Men don’t usually feel an attachment to an unborn baby, like women do. You’re barely pregnant and he hasn’t experienced anything yet so it’s not real for him yet. My husband was the same way with our second. He pretty much didn’t treat me any differently and wasn’t very into the pregnancy like I was. Just try not to let it bother you and include him anyway even though it’s not a big deal for him. Once the baby comes he will be in love!

He might be scared to get excited given that it's the start of the pregnancy.
He might just now be realizing that a child is being brought into the world and his thoughts are on how crazy the world is.
He might be questioning whether or not he'll be a good father.
Or he just might be in a state of shock.
Lots of possibilities, but I hope he communicates and shares them with you. Sometimes getting something off your chest is just as good as getting a solution to a problem.

Sometimes it takes men longer then us it takes time to set it he isn't pregnant it's different for them give him see time uv only been pregnant for like a day congratulations tho

When I told my bf I was pregnant it was the opposite, he was more happy then me tbh idk why i just was going through a lot at the time me and my bf were trying for 5 years and some change and within 3 miscarriages I guess I got in my head it wasn’t going to happen so I stopped trying for a baby after I decided I got pregnant like 2 months after let’s not forget I was taking Birthcontrol it took awhile to let it sink in 😑 even taking test back to back and seeing the baby on the ultrasound still didn’t really sink in until like 12 weeks 😏 give him time maybe he don’t know how to feel just yet he will be alright 😁
