Can "bad" genes run in a child? Im only asking because my child is outta hand. Im a single mother of 2 and i am beyond stressed trying to calm him down when he has his "emotional episodes".

@greysonsmommy090316 it would...he could have a behavior disorder or he could be a normal child....but if it's really that bad then the earlier he gets help the better
No, but like someone said if it’s a developmental delay or a behavior disorder then those can be genetic. Otherwise it’s usually due to the environment or situation.
@ekko yes it happened at the age of 3 and it gave him health issues as well because of what the lady did but his doctor said he wouldn't remember but i think he does and i feel in my gut this has everything to do with it but i dont know what to do or where to even begin to gain the help. Ive asked and showed videos and his doctor said its normal for kids to act that way when they've been through tramua and its like okay but it seems to be happening every single day and it will happen at random times like he will be playing and next thing you know hes having a mental break down then he starts hurting his sister and it scares me
@greysonsmommy090316, Even if he doesn’t remember the abuse, it can and likely is impacting his behavior. If it’s getting to the point of scaring you then I would find a new doctor who is going to take your concerns seriously. The doctor acknowledges that this is “normal” for kids who have been through trauma, yet she’s offering no resources or services to help your son. Seek a new doctor or contact your local community health organization to get more info about resources. There are child psychologists who can help you and your son.

I’m not sure like actual facts but I think majority of how a child acts is how you raise/care/react towards/or them

@aliciaandray yeah never again will he go back to daycare and honestly idk how im not in jail either but she was in jail for abusing a total of 5 kids in that daycare.
So he will be perfectly fine and he will be playing and then he will start yelling and screaming then crying and I'll ask whats wrong and then je will start hitting and i sit him down and tell him lets calm down so you can tell me what's wrong and then he will run to his sister and try strangling her and it just comes at random we will be in the car he will be fine then he will have and emotional break down I dont know what triggers it.
No matter the genes, kids will be kids. They get tired, hungry, and frustrated. Just help him through it and know the tantrums won’t last forever. They have big emotions in little bodies. Good luck!

now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
