I had a sonoline B but my Dr said absolutely don’t try it until 20 weeks unless you know what you’re looking for bc so many moms would rely on the Doppler and then check into emergency when they didn’t find the HB. I used YouTube videos to help me with placement and also if I couldn’t find it within 5 mins I would take a 2-3 hr break before trying again.
