My tax lady just told me today that since we have kids and claim the credit we won’t get our refund until March.

So what I’ve been reading from tax professionals is that if you receive the EIC you won’t get a refund until probably early to mid March. Keep in mind the irs will not start processing returns until 2/12 so for sure not until sometime after that. They can take 21 days to process refunds (based on previous years and the info they give those years). So I would honestly say not until the second week of March (assuming your taxes are perfectly filed and there are no issues).
