I dont know who remembers me saying we offered to foster my cousins baby. Well just when we thought they must have gotten clean and was able to keep the baby... Nope! Got a call yesterday and I left work immediately. Drove almost 2 hrs and now we have him🥺🍼🎉 he is the most precious baby. He is 2 weeks old now. I am blown away by my coworkers. They have a crib and clothes, changing table etc.. I was having an anxiety attack because I literally had no time to prepare but Thank you God. 😭 Im just happy he is here and safe. I will have 7 kids now! On top of 5 fur babies. Say a prayer for my sanity lol

Thank you. I mean I know people will think dang your pretty full as it is but he needs a safe place and we're family so I am more than happy to take him in.❤️ God gave me a big heart to share.

Welp as much pain as I will feel if he has to go home I know that's the ultimate goal.. but this is their 5th kid. As long as he's with us he will be safe and I am happy to love him as my own for however long that may be.

Yes, it is always painful, though rewarding to love someone and watch them go. I'm happy he has you. Where are his siblings? My heart broke more reading this.

actually my brother in law has taken them in. But they did not feel they could take another because they are at 7 kids already as well. So we stepped up. Apparently no one else wanted to take him in that was family related. It's a very sad situation. But I deff feel blessed to help make a difference.

Thank you. That's why we did it. It already breaks my heart to know how many kids are already in the system I couldn't let him go too. And this way we can let his siblings come visit and remain close.
