I’ve been eating pretty clean for a while now. Been dairy free for over a year. Here are some of the meals I’ve made recently that I enjoy. Pictured is dairy free chicken enchilada casserole it’s also keto (pictured in the green bowl), the picture with the chocolate drink is a pb, almond butter, banana chip protein shake (made with Orgain pb chocolate protein powder) also a fried egg sandwich with vegan cheddar cheese on a whole wheat bun and cucumber slices with a vegan cheese spread. Next there are pineapple teriyaki chicken meatballs with a broccoli slaw coleslaw I make batches of. Finally today’s lunch a beyond burger (veggie and delicious!) on a whole wheat bun with vegan cheddar cheese, lettuce and homemade big mac sauce, broccoli slaw coleslaw and a new soda alternative I’m enjoying which only has 2-5g sugar and is sweetened with stevia it’s delish! Thought I’d share in case anyone needs healthy meal ideas.
