Also, if it matters , there is such thing as a “natural chemical burn”.
I was once talked into trying one of those “itworks“ body wraps, and I got the worst natural chemical burn to the dermatologist had ever seen.

Yes! The only ones my kid could use were honest or seventh generation. My baby’s booty would be red and look like a chemical burn otherwise.
I’m sticking to huggies from no on. His butt was so red. One part was even bleeding.
Yes, the only diapers that didn’t give my oldest a rash were 7th Gen or clothe diapers.
I never even thought it could be the diaper because my daughter never had any types of reactions to different brands.
@llcoolkay, it was awful, my guy had bleeding diaper rashes for his first 12 weeks. No cream would clear it up. I switched to clothe and then 7th Gen and it got better in a week.
@humblewarriormama, omg poor thing. That’s so terrible. My sons was bleeding too and fighting to get away from me when I was putting cream on him.
Huggies are usually the only diapers i use and he does great with them. I tried the sams club brand this time. Never again.

@llcoolkay it's comparable to a prescription diaper rash cream one of my kids had once but $20 cheaper. 😅
Yup and wipes too. My daughter would get a bad rash if I used Huggies wipes on her. It was heart breaking hearing her cry every time she would pee.
Ugh that’s so sad. I’ve only ever used huggies on him and my friend talked me into getting the sams club diapers ugh.

Also cloth diapers are great for kids that have allergic reactions to regular diapers
@flamingfiremom, I’ve considered cloth diapers but I’m hoping since he’s almost two we can try potty training soon
I switched to an off brand and my son has horrible diaper rash. I feel so bad
@llcoolkay poor baby, just discontinue the use of that brand and treat the rash and he should be fine, it's not your fault girl, this is one of those things that happens to all moms at some point.
