Ladies- with postpartum hair loss & or Dandruff!!

I've heard great things about Nizoral for dandruff. I've used sulfur 8 shampoo and hair grease for my scalp and that cleared it up. For shedding, I've heard a green tea rinse helps slow it down

An apple cider vinegar rinse after washing will help with the dandruff. For the hair loss, you can try a supplement like biotin. Acetyl L Carnatine also helps with hair growth and alot of other things.

If the dandruff is really bad, try Selsun Blue. My cousin had it bad and it got better once she used it.

For the hair loss, I'm afraid you'll just have to wait it out. That said, to promote healthy hair growth (once it starts again), deep condition every 3 or 4 days. You can make your own by mixing coconut oil with your favourite conditioner, but Aussie makes this great conditioner, I think it's called "3 Minute Miracle" and it's done wonders for my hair once it started to grow back.
