Am i the only one if im eating with somone and i can hear u chew i cant eat i just sit there or get up and walk away it ruins everything for me ewwww
I can't take it anymore! Haley (yes my 1mth old and no I wasn't able to go through this "joy" of nursing my older daughter, Molly) has been screaming non stop for 6hrs! All she wants to do is eat and I can't have her attached to me all day, everyday! She has wanted to eat every hr on the hr for the past 3hrs! I put her in her room so I don't scream at her but I just can't take it!
Whyyyyy is it not safe to eat cinnamon? I have a whole box of cinnamon toast crunch that I can't eat:( the list keeps growing
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔

My best friend and I have misophonia, or selective sound sensitivity also. It took my husband a while to understand certain sounds aren't just "annoying" to me. They actually cause me distress, my blood pressure to elevate, it is very uncomfortable, not something I can just tune out or get over.

@hakunamafuckitall my friend has it a lot worse than me. Like she will walk up to a perfect stranger and take a pen out of their hand if they are repetitively clicking it.

Soo yes i have this same issue , but i suffer from sensory overload or sensory processing disorder. It’s a thing , alot of ppl don’t understand or don’t even know it exists.

I guess in my case these reactions are pertaining to not just sounds, but smells, touches, tastes and lighting .

No, your not. I cant be near people who gulp when drinking, I go from 1 to 100 instantly. I get so mad, I have to walk away its equivalent to how it feels when I hear nails dragging across a chalkboard. I cant stand it. My oldest son does the same BUT it's when he hears people chewing chips, only chips, sets him off and I have to catch him before he reacts, because he reacts by yelling and getting angry at the person. 🤣 but hes getting better at just walking away.

My sister is really bad with this. When we were kids I was eating chips and she took the chip bag away then went to go get a yogurt and threw it at me and said soft foods only. Bitch lmao.
But I can’t really stand it either. If it’s a little bit obnoxious it’s fine but if it’s over the top it grinds my gears.

My husband chews, slurps very loudly and fast smh no shade but his mom eats the same way😬 I'm getting use to it though🤷🏻 but at times it does still bother me. Its like dude chill breathe, there's plenty left over lol slow down
