Hi just wanted some advice...I support contact between my brother and his son (my nephew) every other Sunday. I collect him and drop him off from his mums. He has asthma and he is 7 years old. His mum is saying to resume contact after lockdown but our solicitor has said that contact can & should continue as he has a right to see his dad. It’s a tough one and I don’t know what the right action would be. Can anyone help ? He doesn’t stay over...he spends the day with my brother from 10-6pm Xx. Thank you!!!

My son is three and still sees his Dad every weekend like we agreed to. I haven’t stopped his contact as it’s not fair on Leo or his Dad. I don’t want him to resent me when he’s older because I didn’t let him see his Dad.

He should be seeing his father.
Therefore, the current guidance remains: ‘Where parents do not live in the same household, children under 18 can be moved between their parents’ homes.’
He should be allowed contact with his son xx
@kelsey234, she said it’s winter and it’s cold and she would rather keep him indoors 🥺
@gemini95 please 🤦♀️ that's ridiculous xx
@kelsey234, I know!! I have a little boy myself and he is outdoors pretty much everyday. I’m going to ask to continue contact. Xx thanks for your help!!!
