Damn I'm so stupid... 😒 Honest mistakes that can cost your life. I took about an hour & something nap, woke up & realized I smelled a bunch of gas. I saw that I left the gas on medium on the kitchen stove but no fire , it was just spewing. Thnk God our home is old & it escapes more
Could've died today 😞 Got all the doors open , purifiers & vents on, air. Shit happens

I have no clue what happened after that I jst know a family member who knew where and when they were coming home contacted the hotel they were staying at to see if they had checked out because they hadn’t returned home yet and the hotel workers checked and the whole family had been in the hotel room dead for a few days

I do have birds too and a cat but it was " Just " starting to enter my bird room " so it wasn't filled. I took my cat to the farthest room as well and had the living room door open.

Glad you’re okay! I’d order a carbon monoxide detector for your home. It’ll alert you like a fire detector will if there’s gas in the house so you’ll know if there’s a leak or it has been left on.

To get gas or not.. Should I get gas on the way home? My gas light turned on right when I got to work. I work downtown so I’m too scared to get gas down here ? I’ve never run out of gas before.
GIRL!!!!! You was right about this gas @proudmommyoftwo_ went to 3 gas stations nothing.. got lucky on the 4th it was crazy trying to get in there to get gas 🤦🏻 ♀ I needed the gas though lol
So I have a stove I don't know if it's electric and or gas because yesterday I turned on the oven without even waiting for it to preheat I put in my hot pockets for like 30 minutes and it was set on low I didn't smell any gas I turned on the top stove I smell gas nothing turned on but it does have a plug so I don't know if it's gas on top and the bottom is electric is that possible? And if so how do I relight it?
