TMI but my nipples have been so sore the past 4 or 5 days. Period is due in 6 days. My periods have been spotty this year so it’s hard to track and it’s even more difficult since I have health issues that would make it harder for me to get pregnant. But it’s still a possibility. I just need some relief because it hurts to wear a bra or have anything touching them. Anyone have some suggestions for relief?

Do they hurt this bad during your period?? Or do they feel worse now

I hardly ever get breast tenderness or nipple soreness when on my period. I’ve only felt like this when I was pregnant at about 10 weeks.

do you think you maybe be pregnant? I suggest no bra! And a loose tank or t-shirt.

I don’t think so because we hardly baby danced during this cycle and really this past cycle was my most normal one this year. I have one of my loose sports like bra on but any type of rubbing makes them hurt.

Honestly what I have done in the past is got the extra large bandaids and put them my nipples especially when I had to go to work. I hope this is a very good sign for you

I thought of using bandaids as well but my skin is so sensitive I’m scared to try it

I was scared too at first but I just kinda went with it. 😂
