I do wake up feeling like this a lot and I do know I have a small child’s ghost in my house 🤦🏻 ♀

This has been me almost all my life. I wake up between 1 and 3am all the time, here lately, since our ghost has been showing itself. I'm noticing I cant fall back too sleep after waking up like normal, I toss and turn all night.

Omg almost every day I wake up at around 2 or 3 and sometimes I feel scared so now the last 4 days I have a nightlight on but is so hard to fall sleep after I usually pray because honestly that is the only thing that kind of helps me afterwards so last night I finally have a goodnight sleep no waking up and it feels so good.

That is scary. I think I remember hearing it be referred to 3am as the witching hour, when demons freely roam around between dimensions and pass by?
