According to the sign at McDonald's its a quarter pounder with bacon bbq sauce cheese and lettuce with fries and a sprite.

I just had it. It's a quarter pounder with bacon and lettuce and a large fry, large drink. They put bbq sauce on the side so I'm assuming he eats his with it but I didn't lol I liked it with the bacon and lettuce though❤️
