I have fully put my mental, physical and emotional health before anything else. I have been working on myself, and working towards my future goals. 🌸
I see many people complain about how they feel on a daily basis. Their body is not running at top level, they’re not sleeping right, they feel drained, they’re all around not happy. All I have to say is take a look at who and what you are surrounding yourself with. 👀
Are these people TRULY for you? Are they a positive, healthy influence on your life? Take a look at what you are putting in your body. Our body runs on what we fuel it with. Are you drinking enough water? Are you eating veggies and fruits? Are you drinking every day? Are you putting harmful things in your body? Are you staying up late and not getting enough sleep? Are you stressed beyond the normal levels of everyday stress? 🙇🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♂️Then you should expect not to feel your best. 🤷🏻‍♀️
➡️Results come from consistency. 🤟🏻
You have to push through and continue to be consistent everyday to see the results that you want to see.
*️⃣In the beginning of that change whatever it may be, it feels like you will never get there. It feels like that light at the end of the tunnel is too far away.
All you have to do is be consistent every single day and keep your eye on your end goal. 🏆
I'm happy with what I do, TRULY happy and feeling it!!! 🥰👏🏻🖤🤟🏻
