Nope, many jobs (positions) actually have "cut off" pay rates. So basically, you can only make a certain amount. But I'd ask about the possibility of a raise

I told my husband to ask for one. Working in a place for 3 plus years as a ware house manager, the delivery guy was fired and now my husband also doing another person job and still no raise

@proudmommyoftwo_, I totally agreed! My husband has been working as a. Warehouse manager for over 3 yrs. he caught the delivery guy stealing and the boss fired him. Now my husband doing manager warehouse work Plus doing the delivery work & No raise in years !
