I was thinking the same thing actually. I understand it’s due to covid but if you know you’re not getting shipments to people in two days then you shouldn’t keep charging people for their prime membership. It’s a billion dollar company.

Is it just because of covid-19? They've been overwhelmed lately. They have great customer service I'm sure if you called they would give you a credit for the month

@ekko that's absolutely crazy!....BUT I feel like it cost an ridiculous amount to ship to Alaska I general...I dated a guy briefly in college that was stationed there and I was very quickly over sending him things because it cost so much lol

@massgirl, It does cost so much to ship here! Some website won’t ship here at all or won’t ship certain things (took me forever recently to find someone who would ship a table lamp here). So I’ll gladly pay for the “free shipping” without complaint even if it usually takes over a week to get here!
