Well well well would you look at that. They tried to cover it up but boom it is proven now that his death was NOT an accident therefore that 3rd degree charge needs to be bumped right up to 1st degree.

I don't understand what the first autopsy considered "being restrained..." he was restrained by an officer's knee in the back of his neck! That's what killed him, smh

@pie. Even if he had health issues, if the cop hadn't knelt in his neck, they wouldn't have been exasperated, smh, it's a cause and effect. Cause you knelt in his neck, it had the effect of death on him. And number 2, if you took a perfectly healthy person and kneel in their neck, you cut off their oxygen supply, do it long enough, they die. So health issues aside... that cop killed that innocent man!
