I had a saved home test so decided to take it since I’m 6 days late of missing my period. I was curious to take it one. But it said NEGATIVE not sure I took it too early or maybe the brand of the test isn’t too accurate. Any thoughts ? I have been trying for almost 3 years. And then I stop thinking too much on it and wanted to let happen without trying and tracking and now I get a missing period.

It would be positive if you’re 6 days late. I didn’t even wait til I was late with both pregnancies and they were clearly positive. Unless you have irregular cycles and ovulated late? Are you tracking your cycles?
@erikak, you didn’t have to wait that long. If you had tested at 1 week late it would’ve been positive. I’ve never heard of anyone waiting 3 weeks! I don’t know how you can wait
@2sweetie well I thought I would have tested positive two days before at least... so I kinda assumed I wasnt preggers until I really didnt get my period lol
If I’m ever late on a period is between 1-3days not anything after that. But lately for March and April period it only lasted 2days not too many blood. So I don’t know. I always put down when I had my period on the app I use to track ovulation. But I really don’t use anything to help get pregnant I stop doing that since I always get let down.

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. I tested when I was 2 days late (regular cycles) and my fiancé read it (said it was negative) and threw it in the trash. Next day, I pulled it out and checked again. It was positive. Just to be sure, we purchased another one when he got off of work and yes, it was definitely positive. 🤷🏽♀️
