Get yourself out there your allowed unlimited exercise now. Go for walks or even a 5 minute trip to the shop does you the world of good trust me! I know all this virus business is worrying but mental health is just as important just take the proper precautions and you will be ok x

Not so easy with 5 kids 2 oldest step daughters have complex disabilities. Mentally i’m fine i’m just getting fed up not seeing anyone or being able to go on family days out.x

Nope. I have only been out 3 times for a walk
