Could do with some.advice from you lovely mammys, hope all is doing well through this horrible time...

I've had bad head for the last 3 days I've been taking paracetamol but it's just not helping or shifting it. I feel light headed with it also my hands first thing in a morning are really tight and sore as if theyve swelled a bit through the night but I havent really noticed if they have tbh as always half asleep when a make the daily trip to the loo .it may be nothing but my only concern is pre eclampsia, I had this with my 1st its settled as soon as I had my lg, about 6 month later my blood pressure went sky high again and it's only been under a year since they took me of my meds for it as it was stable, I'm.classed as high risk this time round, for that reason and a other few health reasons.just looking for advice really before I.ring the doctors. Just wanna no if others have gone through this? And for it to be nothing of concern.
