Right I want to lose weight!

Can anyone suggest any diets or home exercises that have worked for them please?

For exercise I use the Joe Wicks HIIT dvd. It’s got 6 or 7 different levels that you work your way up through and the longest one is only 30 mins. You don’t need any equipment etc either. x

Slimming world is good. I’ve been watching what I eat past couple weeks as I had put on a few pound from working from home. I’ve been having overnight oats for late breakfast lunch (can’t eat first thing) I use oats, natural yoghurt light, frozen fruit, a splash of almond milk honey and protein powder. Then maybe have a piece of fruit later and for dinners been cooking a lot of veg dishes as I am not a big lover of meat. So using quorn products. Slimming world is amazing! You can eat loads and still lose x

I also second slimmimg world as I have also done that and it also works aswell as the fasting I do x

I just only eat when I am hungry, I have tea in the morning, then one meal a day and the housework for exercise lol works for me , the week before I’m due on I eat two meals and loads of chocolate but loose it again the next week from cutting calories xx

I do calorie counting and intermittent fasting and it qorks really really well x

Hey hun .. i used to go gym regularly before this whole corna thing started. Now im.at home doing leslie workout u can find her on youtuber and its so brilliant.
