Has anyone dropped 2 eggs and felt bad ovulation cramps from BOTH sides? I’m praying it’s a sign I’m dropping 2 eggs 🙏🏻

I’m only 23 but I have family history of fraternal twins. Our first ultrasound the tech told us she wouldn’t be surprised if we have identical twins but it’s just 1 baby boy unless my grandma and sister in law are right and the other baby is playing hide & seek. They are very intuitive and my gut says there’s one hiding
Does anyone in your family have a history of hyperovulation? It’s believed to be genetic!
Fraternal Twins run on my dads side so possibly. I guess we’ll find out soon
@giannas.mommy, I’ve read it needs to be passed down on the mother’s side - not sure how accurate that is though!
Identical twins are so common on my moms side of the family but it’s not considered genetic either
@gingerlion96, I’ve always heard dads side. Which is where all the twins are from in my family.
When i was doing fertility treatments I had 6 matured follicles. It was the worst pain I have ever felt. Are you on fertility meds?
No! But this is the first time I’ve ever had ovulation pain this bad. Like when I move it feels kinda like my ovaries are bruised.
Also the older you are, like me, the greater chance of having twins. No living twins in my family as I know. I'm adopted and only know my birth mother's side. I also had no symptoms I was pregnant with twins, felt just like the first time I was pregnant
