I didn’t get a period at all when I was on mirena

My period been regular (even after I had my kids and it's been regular since I got the birth control) that why I'm confused. I just went to the bathroom, again, very light spotting, barely noticable

Take a test to be sure but a few months after I had mine out in I would only spot for a day. A year after having it put in I don't have anything
