I wish I could call them just to see how much they charge but I don’t even want to bother them. I checked the doctors twitter and he wrote that he doesn’t want to accept any elective surgeries right now but if I call to ask questions then his secretary will try to push for me to get the surgery. I don’t want to feel like I’m bothering them lol. I wish I could get it done now but I wouldn’t want to risk going out with all this stuff with the virus going on now. I hope if I’m lucky later on this year or next. 🤞🏻

@vanilla_cupcake, holy crap that’s expensive!! If it costs that much I wouldn’t be able to afford it. I was hoping that one surgery would cost like $10,000 and another like $12,000 the most but then I would have to stay over night for one night, so it would depend how much hospital fees and additional costs would be. I was hoping that I wouldn’t have to spend more than $20,000 but the fact that it would cost you that much it’s possible I could get charged like that as well over here. 😱

Do you know how much it will cost about with the tummy tuck and breast reduction? In a way I wish I could have had it done now with everything closed that it would have been easier to heal like that.

I'm scheduled to get my mommy makeover with tummy tuck, breast reduction and lift! I'm stoked about it but not good with pain. I'm scheduled for May 15th but with the virus, idk if they'll reschedule or not...
I read so many reviews and saw pics of patients. Definitely do research and have someone to watch your kiddos after since you wont be able to do much for about 2 to 6 weeks is the time frame I was told! I can't handle the weight on my chest anymore it's legit killing my back.

@briannalynn547, I see he has some reviews from nyc and Cali that say he’s treated them and has done a good job on facial reconstruction when they had cancer in their face and he’s mostly had reviews for breast implants, reduction and lifts that seemed pretty decent. He’s had a few negative reviews but I haven’t seen anything yet that looked very bad or scary. It’s hard to find any of his pictures of his work. I haven’t found a website that showed abything. I would think that most surgeons have photos that show their work. My father used to be a general physician and he hated when surgeons would brag and show off advertising on tv of their work or on websites so for me it would be hard to tell lol.

It was scary that my cousin was gonna recommend a surgeon to me before that had malpractice twice because all of his reviews were botched surgeries and he left Boston to come to nyc and hide out in like small clinics to get surgies done.

@briannalynn547, aw man I’m sorry to hear that. I wish she didn’t go through that. You are right I definitely have to do a lot of research. I have not seen a single picture of work that the surgeon I spoke to did. I don’t know if he keeps it private or not but he is affiliated with mount Sinai and does surgery here in nyc like once or twice a week and then travels to California and does surgery over there for other days of the week. I hope he’s a good doctor but I’m not sure. His name is Hani Sbitany

@scream.queen, oh my god she is lucky! I tried to get my insurance to cover it but they rejected me twice from 2 different hospitals. They make it very complicated because they want the doctors to put in a lot of notes for the insurance companies and I think most doctors don’t want to bother with that since they are so busy already with all of their patients. The doctors also could forget to write down notes and add it to your information so that makes the insurance say there isn’t enough info. I think that was one of my problems with it. Or the insurance doesn’t want to pay for it because it is considered plastic surgery. They don’t want to cover my tummy tuck either or umbilical hernia. I have blue cross blue shield. My c section opened like 2 weeks after I had my daughter and I had the proof of that. Sometimes I can get yeast infections on my c section scar but unfortunately they still say it isn’t enough for them to accept it. I’m getting tired of my insurance. They keep denying a lot of things the last few months.😩

My mom had one and all I’m gonna day is PLEASE research the doctor you go to first and look at pictures of their work. My moms boobs look AWFUL. And they didn’t bring them down to the size they promised .

@imacat, that’s one of the things I worry about, losing sensation but I would so much prefer if they were lifted and in a better shape. With a bra they look ok but without one I’m not too crazy about them lol.

I’m a G right now and I’m dying to get it. I heard about women losing sensation and stuff but for me it’s a risk worth taking.
My back constantly hurts and I’m getting a bad slouch because of it. I wake up sometimes with my chest hurting from the weight. I’m tired of them lol.

@earthymama, I wish I could lose the weight. I’m about 183lbs right now. I walk a lot but I never seem to lose the weight. It’s hard because I really need a tummy tuck as well. The bottom part of my belly kind of hangs down and covers my c section scar and weighs heavily on my scar. I feel like it’s too lose to tighten up myself that I definitely need that cut off lol. I also need surgery for an umbilical hernia that is bothersome. If I can’t do all 3 together i would be so happy. That is if I’m lucky. If I can’t then I would definitely just get my whole stomach fixed first if I can. 🤞🏻

@scream.queen, wow that’s crazy that she grew back her size did she have a baby after? Do you think that’s why or she just gained weight back?

My Mom did it back in the 80’s. Went from and F to a C. She gained weight but they never grew back and she was happy. Technology and training is way more advanced. It’s all about a good quality surgeon who is serious about their work..
