I dont care what anyone says. I get everyone is worried about the virus and stocking up on what they need but buying pallets of stuff and not leaving any for anyone else is what bothers me. Others need toilet paper, water ect. Too. And no I'm not waiting until the last minute to buy what I need. I buy a big pack of tp from Costco and a few packs of water a month, but I'm glad they finally started putting a limit on what you can buy!
I think it's a good idea gives other people a chance to get what they need. Instead of 1 person clearing out everything in like 5 mins. Just to end up turning around and reselling for triple the amount.
And I just want to tell them TP is manufactured in the USA and our water supply is in no danger. It may give you a sense of control to stock up, but neither one of those is an issue.
When I was buying hand sanitizer for teacher appreciation week back in early February there was a lady in bath and body works buying 500 of them. She said she had just come from clearing out target. I didn’t understand it at the time as this wasn’t even a blip on my radar back then
Some mindsets are survival of the fittest or in this case, prepped. They are thinking longterm.
What’s irritating too is a lot of people are buying it all up to resell it online or on social media. I’m glad I stay stocked on the essentials already. Lol
That's another thing I forgot to mention. Most are buying to resale it. That's why there were cops called on Saturday because everyone was fighting over stuff.
@ramirez0113, its like those survival movies with zombie outbreaks. You’d think we’d have more class but no doubt, primal instincts are not that far. And the opportunists see money.
Lol I think it’s dumb that there’s a limit. Shouldn’t be a limit on what people can buy with their money and I heard it hasn’t made much of a difference considering people have been taking the first load to the car and coming back for more transactions. Others shouldn’t wait until the last minute.
