Recommended post cessation belly bands? Best time to start using?

my dr told me i didn’t need one. you’re only supposed to get one if your dr says it’s needed.

Every time I’ve had a c section I get a belly band from the hospital and I come out the hospital wearing it

I stop wearing it until my 6 weeks check up
