Any advice would be helpful!

My son if 15 months and still doesn't walk. I know kids move at their own pace but I cant help but be a little worried. I've been encouraging him alot. Literally all the free time I have I'm working with him. I've tried toys, the walking circle and even the rock method and nothing. If I'm working with one other person he's only confident leaving my arms to go to the other person but is scared coming back. He gets super excited alot and it distracts him from getting a firm stance and likes to stand on his tippy toes alot. Any advice to get the ball rolling? Hes on track with everything else and a little ahead with some things but I'm at a loss

need suggestions.... So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.

Ladies. A little advice needed. I watch my 2 y/o nephew. Mind you I pick him up and take him home. Also provide snacks and such. i am also potty training him. Well my sister and his dad agreed on 200.00 a month. Well this is month 2 and all I've gotten was 10.00 the first week and 20.00 was thrown at me last week with a attitude from him "know it all " dad. I'm a nice person my sister works in the medical field. He is a "painter" .they make good money. I'm trying to be nice but I'm not sure what to do or even say. Any advice is welcome.
