How much do we bleed after csection ?
Will I need the same big pads I used when I gave birth vaginally ?

I bled worse after my c section than I did when I had my daughter vaginally. Just keep those big pads around. You’ll need them.
I bled a lot and for 7 weeks. I would be prepared for that just to be safe.
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.

Delivered a week ago via C-section. About the same amount of blood, keep them around just in case. Everyone is different, but your body will definitely go through lochia (after birth - discharge from the uterus after labor) the same as vaginal delivery.
